The World's Best Workforce Plan is a document that outlines our 2019-20  goals and strategies to help assure that each of our students is career and/or college ready when they leave Carlton High School.  This process begins in early childhood and continues each year that students are in our classrooms.  We are proud of our teachers and staff who are committed to the success of every student.

The wellness committee priority for 2023-2024 school year:

1. Workplace Wellness

• Restorative Practice training

  • Tentatively scheduled for November

• Critical incident debriefings.

• Increased Para training on de-escalation practices.

2. Community Building

• Creating a “fun” subcommittee to plan fun, engaging activities.
