Dan Solarz is new to the School Board in 2025. Dan works as the Senior IT Project Manager and Business Analyst at the St. Louis County Sheriff's Office

I lead technology projects and work with teams to make sure everything runs smoothly and gets done on time. My main focus is on making things work better, solving problems, and improving how we do things.

This is my first year on the school board, but I've spent many years helping out on local nonprofit boards, including the boards for the local hockey association and the Carlton-Wrenshall Baseball/Softball Association.

I’m excited to bring my experience with planning, teamwork, and problem-solving to make a positive impact in our school community. I also volunteer as a firefighter with Carlton Fire and Ambulance.
